Ms. Pan, a seasoned and widely respected expert in both Chinese and international curricula, is beloved by Chinese parents for her expertise. She has held various key roles, including the Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Honglitai College in Hong Kong, the Elementary School Principal at Beijing Dingstone School, and the Director of Chinese Education for the Melvern International School in Asia. Her work has primarily focused on curriculum development and school management. Ms. Pan obtained her Master's degree in Chinese Language Education and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management in Hong Kong, and she has also served as an evaluator for the city-wide System Assessment.

With over twenty years in education, she has extensive experience and has made significant contributions in the integration of Chinese and Western teaching methodologies, interdisciplinary inquiry curriculum development, and departmental management. Ms. Pan has been honored as a "Distinguished Principal" by international featured schools in China. Her educational achievements have been included in the "Case Compilation of Sino-Foreign Humanities Exchange Achievements" by the Ministry of Education and she has been appointed as an expert for the Ministry’s Sino-Foreign Youth Humanities Exchange Think Tank.
